Patients suffering from mental health conditions may be eligible for up to “10” sessions with a Medicare rebates to see our psychologist. Please see your GP for eligibility and a referral letter.
Medicare & Mental health referral, Initial & Follow ups -
$220 per 1 hour consultation (Medicare rebate $101)
Private (No Referral or Non Medicare card holders) – Standard fees apply.

Medicare / DVA card holders with chronic condition may be eligible for “5” Medicare rebate sessions to see allied health practitioners such as physiotherapist, dietitian and podiatrist (combined) per calendar year. You are welcome to see our Allied Health directly. Please refer to private fee schedule.

Medicare & Chronic disease referral – $110 initial, $95 follow up. Medicare rebate $61.80. (Children and Centrelink card holders - Bulk billing)
Patients with no chronic condition, Non Medicare card holders – $110 Initial, $95 follow up appointment (If you have a Private health fund, you may be eligible to claim some back)

Specialists Fees
A valid referral is required for processing Medicare rebate. See one of our GP’s to check if you are eligible for a referral letter.

Initial consultation: $330 (Medicare rebate $150, Out of pocket gap $180)
Follow up consultation: $165 (Medicare rebate $74, Out of pocket gap $91)

Initial consultation: $350 (Medicare rebate $86.15, Out of pocket gap $263.85)
Follow up consultation: $200 (Medicare rebate $43.35, Out of pocket gap $156.65)
IUD Insertion including Consult Fees: $590 (Medicare rebate: Approx $225 to $270, Out of pocket gap $320 to $365)

Initial Consultation: $390 (Medicare rebate approx. $150, Out of pocket $240)
Follow up Consultation: $315 (Medicare rebate $75, Out of pocket $240)
ECG, Echo, Stress test and Holter monitor are performed onsite. A valid doctors referral is required for Medicare rebate. As a general price guide, customer is out of pocket $240 per appointment / consultation.

Please Note
Telehealth Consultations, Your consultation includes reviewing past medical notes / condition, giving an option to ask questions and explain about the symptoms and results, updating patients file to reflect the advice. Also may include issuing medical certificates, emailing documents such as results, pathology, radiology or specialist letters. We request you to stay on the phone line to confirm all documents to avoid follow ups.
All referral services such as pathology, radiology, specialists and hospital services are performed outside the scope of your practitioner and the facility. Please check with the service provider in regard to any additional costs which may apply.
All additional services or procedures will be billed with the consultation fees.

Cancellation policy
If you no longer need your appointment, kindly call 9066 0111 oe Reply “NO to the SMS to cancel your appointment. This will allow access for patients in need. Three hour notice is required for General Practitioners and 24 hours notice for all Allied Health and Specialist Appointments.
$50 – No Show fee may apply. We may ask for a prepayment if you miss appointments frequently.
Claiming Medicare Rebate
Our systems are connected to the Department of Health - Medicare web services. We will electronically inform Medicare about your consultation & fees. Medicare generally takes 2 to 3 business days to process your rebate into a nominated bank account.
Exception - GP Consultations: Medicare may not process your rebate if Full name, date of birth or address is not matching or your bank details are incorrect or not registered. (Some children account may not be linked to the parents account). We recommend you log into the Medicare Express Plus app and update your details before claiming through the app. Or visit the nearest Medicare office.
Exception - Allied Health & Specialist Consultations: Medicare needs a valid referral letter from a GP to process your Medicare rebate. You will need to understand the number of sessions you are eligible for, under each clinical service.
Please note, we are unable to process your medicare rebate at a later date. Customers will need to claim via Medicare Express Plus App or by visiting nearest Medicare office.
