At the doctor’s discretion, some Medicare-eligible consultations may be bulk billed on weekdays between 8:00am and 6:00pm for:
- Children under 16 years of age
- Pensioner Concession Card holders
Health Care Card holders: From 7 April 2026, new patients who hold a Health Care Card will be privately billed for their first consultation. Subsequent consultations may be bulk billed at the doctor’s discretion, where applicable.

Billing Information & Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you no longer need your appointment, please call 9066 0111 or reply “NO” to your appointment SMS.
Please provide at least 3 hours’ notice for GP appointments and 24 hours’ notice for Allied Health and Specialist appointments.
A $50 no-show fee may apply. Prepayment may also be requested if appointments are missed frequently.
Claiming Your Medicare Rebate
Where eligible, Botany Road Doctors can submit your Medicare claim electronically after your consultation. Medicare rebates are generally processed within 2–3 business days and paid into the bank account registered with Medicare.
Please ensure your Medicare and bank details are up to date to help avoid delays.
A valid GP referral or treatment plan may be required to receive Medicare rebates for eligible Allied Health and Specialist services.
If your claim cannot be processed at the clinic, you may need to submit the claim through your Medicare online account or myGov.

EFT and credit card surcharges apply to each transaction.
Additional Services
Additional services, procedures, room fees or medical supplies may be charged in addition to your consultation fee where applicable.
External Services
Fees for pathology, radiology, hospital services and external specialists are determined by those providers. Please check directly with the relevant provider regarding any additional costs.
