About
Ryan Kennedy is a registered psychologist with clinical experience across adult community mental health, workplace wellbeing, and family psychology.
Ryan is committed to creating an open-minded, respectful, and non-judgemental therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore both current challenges and underlying contributing factors. He works collaboratively with clients to develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful and lasting change aligned with their personal goals and values.
His approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. Therapeutic modalities may include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Narrative Therapy.
Ryan values culturally safe, inclusive, and responsive care, and welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities.
